International Years and International Decades
UNESCO participates in the celebration of "International Years and Decades" proclaimed by the General Assembly of the United Nations.

UNESCO participates in the anniversaries of historic events and eminent personalities celebrated by Member States and Associate Members, in order to give them worldwide impact.
